You may not make any shipments of this special permit cylinder until the special permit is renewed by DOT.

This cylinder is easily recognized as the lightweight steel E size cylinder. It can be found in the medical, industrial, and specialty gases areas of our business.

DOT hopes to have Worthington renew the special permit, but if that doesn’t happen, then there are other avenues to be pursued.

GAWDA will send out another notice of when it has been renewed and therefore shipments can start again.
