GAWDA is excited to announce the extension of our monthly interview-style presentation series designed to help our Members plan during these unpredictable times. The initial six-month series launched on October 14, 2020.

GAWDA has partnered with other distribution associations as part of the AEA  (Association Education Alliance) to offer a monthly series of ITR reports and Q&A sessions to address economic trends.

This monthly interview-style presentation series is designed to help your company plan during these unpredictable times. Ian Heller will host ITR Economics President Alan Beaulieu for this dynamic program. Alan will provide data and analysis on what to expect for 2021, covering industry trends, business-to-business activity, trade, inflation, interest rates and more. Using leading indicators, attendees will learn how to identify where they are in the business cycle and which inputs should guide their strategy to make the right decisions at the right time.

Walk away from these sessions with:

Ian Heller
Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Distribution Strategy Group

Ian is the Co-Founder and Chief Strategy Officer for Distribution Strategy Group, a research, consulting, analytics and thought leadership firm that provides marketing and strategic planning expertise to the distribution industry. Ian started his career as a truck unloader at a Grainger branch and left fifteen years later as the VP Marketing. Since then, Ian has served in similar roles at GE Capital, HD Supply, Corporate Express and Newark Electronics.  Ian holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and is a popular writer, speaker and consultant in the distribution industry.
