HOTEL RESERVATIONS

Hotel Update
As many of you know, the hotel block at the Baltimore Marriott Waterfront property is completely sold out. The Waterfront property was sold out prior to many of you receiving the brochure. We contract 500 room nights and have booked 610, maxing out the available inventory. As a result of this, we signed a contract with the Marriott Courtyard Baltimore Downtown, ½ a block from the Waterfront property. Originally, we contracted 60 room nights at the Courtyard, but have booked 155.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience this has caused many of you. We continue to work with the Marriott to maintain a seamless process. The good news in all of this is that we are expecting strong attendance numbers. During the 2011 Spring Management Conference we booked a total of 620 room nights, we currently have over 750 room nights booked with both hotels.

Please continue to contact Natasha Alexis at Headquarters with any questions that you have regarding hotel accommodations.

Reservations information is shown above.
