Reservations
A special GAWDA rate of $239, single or double occupancy, is available to convention attendees at the Grand Hyatt San Antonio. This rate is available three days prior and three days after the conference subject to availability. Please make your reservation directly with the Grand Hyatt San Antonio on or before August 21, 2009 by calling 1- (800) 233-1234. When making your reservation please be sure to mention the GAWDA convention rate of $239.

Reservations may also be made online by clicking on GAWDA Housing — Grand Hyatt San Antonio. The hotel will accept reservations at the reduced convention rate on a space-available basis until August 21, 2009, or until rooms are sold out whichever comes first. Reservations made after this date will be accepted on a first-come, first-served basis at the nearest available rate. Applied to the room charge will be state and local taxes (16.75%). Reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card at the time of reservation. Cancellations will be accepted at no charge until 3pm (CST) 48 hours prior to arrival. Cancellations made later will result in no refund of the one night's stay (room and tax).
